ATEC are partnering with Welcome With Pride to launch Australia’s first LGBTIQ+ inclusive tourism training program that's available now on ATEC's Tourism Training Hub.
This industry-lead program provides you and your team with the tools and insights needed to confidently cater to an ever-growing, high-value market. Many LGBTIQ+ travellers often feel the need to adjust their behaviour to avoid discrimination, stopping them from fully being themselves. When a destination fails to make them feel safe, respected, or doesn't genuinely commit to inclusivity, it can result in missed or cancelled bookings—even for desirable events or experiences. Completing this training is your first step toward the prestigious Welcome With Pride Accreditation, positioning your product as a preferred experience over others.
Plus, they are offering group training discounts and a complimentary 15-minute coaching call! Discover how to create truly inclusive environments, steer clear of "pinkwashing," and authentically market to and connect with this influential community.
Start your journey today towards becoming a trusted, LGBTIQ+ inclusive tourism provider.
